Humble Beginnings in the Industry

13 years ago I moved interstate to chase my dream of working in the industry.

I packed up my 1985 Subaru Wagon and took the overnight boat to my new home in Melbourne to start work with a $35,000 salary.

I used all of my savings to pay for my first rental, a shared room (which was a lounge room cut in half) and got to work.

I went to public school in a low socio-economic town and didn't graduate uni, yet this industry has allowed me to fly overseas for work over a dozen times, manage dozens of great staff, make hundreds of friends, and generate millions in revenue.
